Job Description:

Arrow has an exciting opportunity for a Global Product Manager for Microsoft Solutions at Arrow ECS; you will be at the helm of executing strategic initiatives that are crucial to the success of Arrow's Microsoft business. Your role will ensure that these initiatives align with Microsoft's vendor programs and investments and demonstrate Arrow's unique value to the market. This position requires a deep understanding of the market trends, partner needs, and the competitive landscape, which will be instrumental in driving the strategy and innovation within Arrow ECS.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the go-to-market strategies, ensuring that Microsoft solutions are positioned effectively and achieve maximum market penetration across Arrow's subsidiaries. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on technology or software solutions. Your analytical prowess should complement your ability to translate market insights into robust strategies and GTMs. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will lead teams toward achieving shared goals and managing relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders. A deep understanding of Microsoft solutions and the broader technology ecosystem is necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Lead the execution of Arrow ECS's global strategic initiatives related to Microsoft solutions.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft's vendor programs and investments.
• Collaborate closely with top collaborators and stakeholders within Arrow ECS to drive product strategy and innovation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Engage with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.
• Provided thought leadership and represented Arrow ECS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Masters Degree or 10+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the IT distribution or cloud solutions space.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's product offerings and vendor programs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a high proficiency in English.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions is essential. It must include CSP and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Business Applications, Security, and PowerPlatform.
• A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• A team player who can work with stakeholders to deliver the desired outcomes.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Idaho Candidates - Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$125,400.00 - $208,725.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
