We are seeking an Highly Experienced General Manager for a High Energy Concept - who is interested in joining a growth minded concept to join our team! We have multiple locations nationally. The preferred candidate either has a Senior Leadership role in a restaurant company or multiple years of experience with a Gaming environment (bowling, billiards, game arcades.) You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining and entertainment experience. Prior restaurant management experience needed as a base line for expanding your knowledge into managing an entertainment venue. A quarterly profit-sharing plan can add an additional 10%-20% to your annual income!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues in multiple areas
• Ensure a high quality of service standards and timely food preparation
• Train and manage service, host staff to deliver guest satisfaction
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

• Previous experience in restaurant industry or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to listen and lead
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in a large building
