Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors at our indoor golf facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and conflict management, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and manage various events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the golf simulators, services, and amenities.
• Manage tee time reservations and ensure smooth check-in processes for golfers.
• Support the organization of golf leagues and tournaments ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in food service operations as needed, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in food service or events management is a plus.
• A background in golf operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
