Golf Services Attendant - Part Time

Summary:
The Golf Services Attendant is responsible for making a great first impression with members and guests by greeting and welcoming every golfer that arrives at the bag drop station or cart room.

Opening Shifts are 6:00 am to 1:30 pm
Closing Shifts are between 1:00 – 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Subject to change seasonally)
Applicants must be available to work at least two days during the week, one day on the weekend and holidays

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work as directed to support the mission and values of the Atlanta Athletic Club
  • Load golf bags from storage room or member’s vehicle onto carts
  • Remove golf bags from cart and return to storage room
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stock cart with towels, golf tees and cooler
  • Provide members with exceptional customer service
  • Provide golf course and Club information to members
  • Retrieve stray carts and trollies as needed
  • Open clubhouse doors for members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must have the ability to lift over 25 - 35 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to drive and operate a golf cart
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Be able to work outside in all climates and conditions
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with members, guest and team members
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
