Overview:
Creates visual forms of communication, including publication design pieces, social media graphics, and website layout designs. This is a remote work assignment that will require occasional evening or weekend work.

Responsibilities:
  • Works in partnership with staff at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio to create materials to support communications and marketing efforts.
  • Receives projects through task management software, Asana.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Works directly and coordinates with other departments to create and complete the requested materials.
  • Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Makes all changes requested by submitter before completing the task.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Skills:
Graphic Design, layout, creative services, and customer focus skills.
Flexibility, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented skills.
Team approach to work and ability to work well with all types of people.
Ability to work in stressful environments and meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to handle change.

Experience:
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, required.
Experience working with Non-Profit, preferred.
