We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility in optimal condition.

**Responsibilities: **

- Perform various grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning

- Assist with tree care, planting, and removal

- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address issues with landscaping and grounds

- Operate equipment for tasks such as snow plowing, digging, and lawn care

- Support in building and maintaining garden beds and landscape features

- Ensure proper care of outdoor areas to enhance overall appearance

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in groundskeeping practices

- Experience with lawn care, gardening, and landscaping techniques

- Ability to operate mechanical equipment for maintenance tasks (Bushcutter/Lawnmower/ZeroTurn/Bobcat/Blower)

- Strong attention to detail to maintain the aesthetics of the grounds
