We are seeking an equally passionate Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of product managers and sales engineers responsible for PosiGen integrations and partnership experiences. The GPM will drive the strategy and development of lending experience products within the product platform.

The Group Product Manager owns product strategy and creation of effective product roadmaps and partners with UX Designers and Business Development teams to create prototypes and explore new opportunities. The GPM is the SME and Lead for the Product Management team, and is the point of contact for leadership and project partners.

This is a REMOTE position that will require some travel. This position is open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, & VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership:

  • Lead the ownership and strategic direction of a suite of PosiGen products within the B2B and B2B2C space
  • Develop and own both long and short-term roadmaps to align with business goals

Product Life Cycle Management:

  • Direct the entire Product Discovery Design Delivery Go to Market life cycle
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance

Product Advocacy and Innovation:

  • Advocate for product success by driving new feature development, iteration, maintenance, and addressing technical debt
  • Monitor product usage, derive actionable insights, and design/run A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Drive innovation in collaboration with Product Design for new product concepts and UX design

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Lead product strategy for integrations and partnerships, aligning with overall company OKRs and long-term objectives
  • Evaluate strategy effectiveness through a data/metric-driven approach

Team Leadership:

  • Directly lead and mentor a team of product managers and sales engineers
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, support, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals

Roadmap Execution:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives supporting the overall charter
  • Ensure team members are aligned with the broader company goals and execute projects effectively

Sales Engineering/Go to Market:

  • Partner with marketing, business development, and API engineering leadership on positioning and rollout of releases
  • Guide Sales Engineering strategy for full business development funnel engagement

Business Development Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales on forward-looking ecosystem planning
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product integrations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five (5) years in product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, technology, or other related field
  • Experience launching and scaling products in consumer lending, financial services, or home improvement
  • Fluency in user research, UX/UI design and rapid prototyping
  • Deep understanding of software development processes
  • Ability to partner with Agile software development team
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence with cross-functional team members at all levels

SUPPLEMENTAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (not required)

  • Experience with web analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude etc.)
  • API product management experience and/or microservices architecture
  • Experience with customized 'off-the-shelf' technologies; ability to manage vendor relationships and delivery schedules
