This position includes a base salary plus bonus incentives, and opportunity to grow within the company. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan tours of the studio with prospective clients
• Forge relationships with the community
• Manage a mailing list and database
• Prepare group contracts
• Assist with events as needed
• Follow-up with events after their conclusion to ensure satisfaction.
• Take photos and videos of events for marketing purposes
• Communicate via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings

Qualifications/Education/Experience

• Must be comfortable with cold calling and have a Salesperson mentality.
• Must be a self-starter and have a go-getter attitude
• Experience with event logistics and sales
• Familiarity with the local business community a plus
• Ability to become an expert in the Tilt Studio brand
• Effective communication skills
