Growth Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social media, Amazon, and email. Manage budgets and track performance to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Website Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, optimize email capture, and customize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage analytics to assess campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
• Sales Pipeline Support: Collaborate closely with sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects through the funnel, and drive conversions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to manage marketing projects. 

Growth Marketing Manager Knowledge and Skills required:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for an e-Commerce company, with proven success in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Advertising Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Campaign Success: Demonstrated ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns and growth initiatives with a strong emphasis on data-driven results.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Shopify, HubSpot, and Klaviyo.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
