The Aloft Indianapolis Downtown (New Marriott property opening Fall of 2024) is looking for an energetic, detailed oriented and friendly individual to be part of our front Office team as a guest service representative at Indy's newest and trendiest hotel destination; boasting 128 guestrooms, a full-service bar and a small plate dining concept.

Aloft is a hip Marriott lifestyle brand focused on style, personality and a lively hotel social scene to cater to the next gen traveler.

As a Guest Service Representative, you would be responsible for the following tasks:

• Sincerity in the welcoming our guests
• Eye contact, smile, tone and inflection in your voice with our guests
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed guest their expectations
• Accurate, quick and efficient check in by following and completing all the key points on your check in script
• Answer incoming calls and field guest questions
• Know your local area attractions end directions
• Promote teamwork and an enjoyable work environment
• Clear communication between shifts and with fellow team members is a necessity for our fellow team members to be set up for success.
• Ensure the safety and security of our guest and team members at all times and report unsafe conditions and suspicious activity to hotel leadership.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information and
• Adhere to the work rules set forth in the team member handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
