**Overview:**

Join our team as a Gymnastics Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in gymnastics and a strong desire to educate and motivate students. We are looking for recreational coaches with the potential and motivation to become pre-team and team coaches for girls and boys gymnastics classes, birthday parties, summer camps, and special events. We are also hiring office administrators.

**Coaching Responsibilities:**

- Plan and conduct gymnastics classes for students of various skill levels

- Teach proper techniques, skills, and routines in a safe and engaging manner

- Provide feedback and encouragement to help students improve their performance

- Develop lesson plans that align with the gym's curriculum and goals

- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly

**Office Administrator Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with enrollments, scheduling, and payments through iClassPro

-Answer questions about our programs and curriculum to all client in person or via phone

- Assist with taking class attendance, entering skill evaluations, and keeping the viewing area and offices tidy

**Coaching & Office Skills:**

- Experience in gymnastics coaching or previous experience in gymnastics, tumbling, T&T, acro, aerobic gymnastics, or cheerleading.

- Knowledge of gymnastics equipment and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff

- Ability to demonstrate and teach proper form and technique

- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate young athletes

- Certification in CPR/First Aid and USAG registration is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
