We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Handyman Maintenance person to perform general maintenance and repairs at the commercial property in Gilbert, AZ. Must have general knowledge of the following:

-Plumbing repair and installation.

-Electrical trouble shoot, repair and installation.

-Painting and patching of walls.

-Light carpentry.

-Light concrete work.

-Framing of wall with metal or wood studs, drywall, tape, and compound.

-General maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.

-Skill and knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems, equipment, and machinery.

-General repair of irrigation system, changing pipes, valves and sprinkler heads.

-General building maintenance work.

-Performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of property.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and supplies.

- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and to perform physically demanding tasks.

-Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

Must have all necessary & required tools, safety gear: hard hat, and work boots.

Must have a reliable work vehicle, preferable a pickup truck and Current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Must have knowledge of OSHA standards related to procedures and enforce safety practices and standards in accordance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time (depending upon final agreement at Employer’s discretion).
