Job Description

Eko is an innovative e-commerce startup, dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms. Over the past two years, we've refined our technology, working closely with esteemed clients such as Walmart, Lego, and Mattel. Through these collaborations, Eko has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional product visuals that enhance the e-commerce experience and drive sales.

As we enter our next phase of expansion, we are seeking to build our partnership program with digital agencies and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc).

This is an opportunity to build from the ground up an impactful growth channel.

A successful candidate would be resourceful with a "figure it out as we go" attitude and excellent communication skills. You are expected to work independently in a lean and mean fashion without a fancy support team but with an innovative product that delivers spectacular results.

If you are an agency veteran who is looking to move to the tech sector or someone who has done it in the past for a similar company you are likely a good fit


WHAT YOU'LL DO…

  • Develop and execute Eko's partnership strategy with digital agencies and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build Eko's Partners program including biz model and marketing. Landing our first 500 partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual success.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our product to partner platforms.
  • Continuously monitor partnership performance, making adjustments as necessary to maximize results.

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…

  • Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships, particularly with digital agencies and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with experience working with platforms like Shopify and Magento.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a startup-like environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to executing partnership strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Total compensation: $160,000-$180,000
