Ascend Medical is hiring a Health Concierge / Receptionist to delight patients at our Atlanta location. As a Health Concierge, you will be the company's brand ambassador, directly impact the lives of people by driving the patients' experience.

As a Health Concierge, you will:

• Warmly greet patients and visitors in a professional welcoming manner
• Proactively resolve inquiries while building trust with our patients by understanding their needs to ensure that they find the best care
• Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain patient records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Verify medical insurance benefits and explain the patients share of cost
• Document patients in our EHR, interactions in Salesforce, and communicate with the clinical team as necessary.
• Educate new members on the benefits of Ascend Medical and clearly guide members on how to utilize the company's services
• Provide high-level service with a focus on compassion for our patients

In Office Schedule:

• Weekdays: 8am to 5pm
