TITLE : Healthcare Business analyst/Business analyst (NO C2C CANDIDATES)

LOCATION : California (looking for candidate who can work in the PST hours)

CONTRATCT DURATION : 6 months (with possible extension)

PAY RATE : $42.85/hr on W2

Advises and recommends areas of program planning, business management, budget execution and program coordination. Prepares needs assessment. Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models. Expert business and systems analysis in a distributed system environment. Includes business rules based expertise. Critical thinking/problem solving skills. Use Case development expertise. Experience with data modeling techniques. Knowledge of business and industry trends and applications across all lines of business and delivery channels. Expert facilitation and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with distributed systems technologies. Team Player. 2-4 years of experience required.

Someone with both project manager and business analyst skills would make a candidate stand out.
