BEST QUALITY HOME CARE AGENCY

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with various healthcare needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 10 AM TO 3 PM

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records

Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care, home community care, or related fields
- Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and practices
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities and dementia care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
