Currently seeking SEVERAL skilled and experienced CSR - Customer Service Representatives, looking for full time employment working ON-SITE in the Irving area.

Experienced Customer Service Representatives will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task while being detail oriented, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be computer literate. You will be assisting with incoming calls as it pertains to their account, updating information, advising of account balance, and other questions and/or concerns that they may have.

Qualified candidates will:

• Have previous CSR experience, preferably in a call center environment or willingness to learn
• Have excellent CSR and communications skills
• Have a strong work ethic
• Have the ability to multi-task, while being detail orientated
• Be able to work in a fast pace work environment
• Be computer literate

These are full time positions, and will require a flexible work schedule.

• Training will be Monday – Friday, 8a – 5pm.
• After training your schedule will be Monday – Friday, 9a – 6pm. Saturdays, 9:30am – 5:30pm (off one day during the week and also off on Sunday--work only 5 days)

Pay: $15/hr....$16/hr. for Bilingual English/Spanish (after the 1st or 2nd week of training)
