Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Hampton, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and support to students, ensuring their health and well-being within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized health care plans for students with specific medical needs.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and monitor immunization pliance.
- Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics, promoting a safe and healthy school environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the academic and health needs of students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in pliance with state and federal regulations.
- Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing or as a school nurse is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Excellent munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
