• JOB TITLE: Home Care Aide / Caregiver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide / Caregiver to join our team of Home Care Professionals. As a qualified HCA / Caregiver, you will be responsible in maintaining a healthy and safe environment to our clientele in the comfort and privacy of their home. The qualified HCA/ Caregiver must be enthusiastic, compassionate, have moderate to excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering the highest quality of care.

• Location: Wahiawa (Central Oahu)
• Type of Care: PA1 (Light Chores & Companionship) & PA2 (Personal Care Assistance)

In Addition:

• CNA | Nursing Assistants are welcome to apply as well !
• We offer full-time , part- time and flexible shifts ( long /short working hours).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Light Chores | House Cleaning (Vacuuming, Sweeping and Dusting)
• Linen Change
• Laundry, Ironing & Mending
• Meal Preparations
• Grocery Shopping/Errands
• Garbage Disposal
• Companionship
• Assistance with personal care
• Encourage patients to participate in social and recreational activities.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS FOR THE JOB:

• Must have experience or training in the performance of Caregiving / Homecare
• One year of Homecare / caregiving experience highly preferrable
• Must be CPR | First Aid certified
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must pass Fieldprint screening
• Must have moderate to excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Ability to work well under-pressure and handle critical situations in a calm demeanor
• The annual compensation range is based on Full-Time Hours, Skills, Competency and Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29,500.00 - $31,000.00 per year

• Home care: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
