Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests during breakfast service. Your role will involve setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast buffet according to established standards, including arranging food items, utensils, and condiments.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and replenished as needed.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.

- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary breakfast area.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic cooking skills or culinary knowledge is beneficial.

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure food presentation is appealing and appetizing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
