The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking in and out all guests and discussing all amenities. They are to field all guest requests, questions, comments, concerns, and complaints. Ensure that the guests’ needs and desires are met to the company’s best ability. They are expected to readily know all hotel details such as room type, restaurants and bars information, and history.
3 years customer service and Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
Hiring for Full Time and Part Time year round positions. Benefits apply to only Full time employees. Sick pay for part time employees.
