Job Description: The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing accounting functions related to guest registration, financial reporting, and assisting with room reservations. This is a part time weekend position, but could be full time if the person would like to work other positions during the week. Hilton Experience Preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hotel Night Audit experience, including knowledge of Accounting software, Hotel Property Management Systems, and Credit Card Processing Systems.
• Reconciles all revenue sources and completes daily financial reports.
• Prepares financial reports and processes no-show reservations.
• Collects revenues from room rentals, food, market operations, etc.
• Recognizes and greets guests, responds appropriately to information requests and complaints by guests.
• Provides security for guests and property by controlling room keys, verifying cash banks, making safe drops, preparing cash reports, following credit card verification procedures, and reporting and complying with specified security/safety regulations.
• Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance. Extends hospitality and courtesy to guests and co-workers.
• Ensures compliance with Brand Standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by proper authority.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
