Candlewood Suites, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), is currently looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our team. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a sign-on bonus available. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests between the hotel and the airport, providing exceptional customer service throughout the journey.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate the hotel's shuttle van, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning shuttle van, promptly reporting any maintenance needs to Hotel Management.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, hotel staff, and management.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage to enhance their overall experience.
- Keep the hotel lobby tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support the team by assisting in garbage removal from hallways.

Experience:
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Prior experience in customer service or driving roles such as van driver, delivery driver, school bus driving, or commercial driving is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
- Familiarity with motor coach or bus driving is a plus.
