Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our residential and commercial properties. The successful applicant will be expected to perform a variety of cleaning tasks to the highest standards, while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
- Perform floor care duties, including carpet cleaning and polishing.
- Maintain the cleanliness of carpets, hard floors, and upholstery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being respectful, courteous, and helpful.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
- Follow all cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and employees.

Requirements:

- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with carpet cleaning and laundry services is an asset.
- Familiarity with hotel and hospitality cleaning standards is an asset.
