Sleep Inn is an 81-room hotel located on the west side of Rochester, MN, across the street from Costco. Half the hotel is extended stay suites while the other half of the hotel consists of standard king and two queen bed rooms. The Sleeep Inn is a small business of around 20 employees that takes great pride in the extending outstanding hospitality services to our guests, who are often staying at our hotel for Mayo-related medical care. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Qualifications: - Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance - Customer-oriented and friendly - Prioritization and time management skills - Working quickly without compromising quality - Knowledge of English language Skills: - Commercial cleaning - Carpet cleaning - Floor care - Customer service - Housekeeping management - Residential cleaning Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
