Position Summary

The basic function of the Room Attendant is to clean guest rooms including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out. Duties may also include maintaining the public areas, such as hallways, parking garage, public bathrooms, restaurants, employee lounge, and offices. Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service and communicate effectively with the maintenance staff regarding items that need attention. The Room Attendant must clean, disinfect, and store all equipment at the end of the shift. Other responsibilities may include spot cleaning furniture, dusting, laundry, band load in and load out, seasonal decorations and assisting with snow removal.

Gaming

• Must be at least 21+ years of age

Experience

• Porter or housekeeping experience is required.

• Strong customer service skills
• Able to communicate with the public effectively
• Must be available and willing to work all shifts required
• Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the Employee Handbook and Housekeeping SOP Manual
• Always maintain neat well-groomed appearance
• Moderate lifting may be necessary

• Hazmat Training
