Full Time Housekeeper/ Cook Needed - Brooklyn/ Montauk - For Family Of 6

Housekeeper will be responsible for both deep cleaning and organization, as well as meal preparation and cooking.

Thorough museum quality cleaning of the home, to include vacuuming and mopping floors, deep cleaning bathrooms, kitchen
Family laundry
Twice weekly changing of linens
Ironing of bed linens
Clothing maintenance and storage in off season
Proactively suggesting and implementing improved organization systems throughout the home

Weekly healthy menu planning and grocery shopping
Meal/ smoothie and juice preparation
Cooking of casual family dinners with ability to follow recipes
Setting/ serving casual family meals
Ordering groceries/ supplies from lists and as needed

Preparing the home for entertaining (de-cluttering, setting out flowers, setting table)
Greeting of family and guests/ making sure Montauk house is ready for arrival

Position is Montauk summers and downtown Brooklyn school year.

Family is in Montauk June - September and Brooklyn September - May.

Live in summers Montauk during work week. Live out Brooklyn school year.

Pay commensurate with experience. Paid holidays, sick days and vacation. Health stipend.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
