--Job Summary--
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team for a private single family residence. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day cleanliness and orderliness of a large residence in Verdi, NV . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, possess excellent attention to detail, and has the flexibility to come in and assist in cleanup after events, dinner parties, etc.

Duties
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are well-stocked
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Complete daily list of tasks

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good communication skills to interact with clients or guests
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required (50 lbs)

We have established a binder of the day-to-day expectations and schedule for cleanliness of the entire house to assist in time management. You will be answering to the family as well as the personal assistant who helps manage the day to day and schedule for the family.
