About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing the day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing support to the HR team. Your main goal will be to create a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience working in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers. You will also use your knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and manage employee relations issues. Additionally, you will use your organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and projects. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role. Finally, your experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software will be beneficial in managing employee records and data.
