Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our HR team. In this role, you will work with the existing HR personnel on all tasks related to HR and Payroll. The position is based out of the OKC office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and modern technologies in HR, talent management and employment law
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Create, implement, evaluate, and improve HR and Payroll processes.
  • Maintain knowledge about company benefits programs including Health, Life, 401k, etc.
  • Work alongside HR Personnel to ensure new hires understand HR and Benefits programs during hiring/onboarding process.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Work with HR personnel to field employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with and/or lead bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Work with the HR personnel to create an annual budget and work within the parameters of that budget.
  • Demonstrate a positive reflection of our brand and company.
  • Adhere to fair employment laws and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience within an HR Organization
  • Familiar with HR and fair employment practices
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to Consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft programs, ADP Workforce Now, Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, HIPAA
