The main purpose of this position is to provide support to the Director and Deputy Director by assisting first step grievance conferences and review/investigate situations that may cause disciplinary actions; review and impose corrective actions as deemed appropriate. This position will also function as a personnel generalist, providing a wide variety of experienced level personnel services to its employees, supervisors, and department heads of Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center.
