Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to hire at a manufacturing warehouse located in Smyrna! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Requirements for Human Resource Assistants:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Human resource experience is highly preferred.
• Must have excellent steady work history.
• Excellent data entry experience.
• Experience with outlook, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• General office skills are required.
• Customer service skills.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities of Human Resource Assistants:

• Effectively support daily human resources department functions and maintain personal records.
• Triage employee requests as they come into HR.
• Process termination paperwork.
• Making photo IDs/Badges.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: 1st Shift Available!

• 1st: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM
