We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Use your previous HR experience to manage employee relations, drive retention, and onboarding. Duties:
- Responsible for onboarding and conducting new employee orientation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage HR systems, including ADP, to maintain accurate employee records and perform various HR functions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives while improving processes.
- Track employee performance and develop plans to improve performance.
- Assist with identifying trends and driving employee retention
- Collaborate with recruitment team to develop successful recruiting strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred
- 3+ years proven experience in HR, including recruiting
- Experience within a healthcare organization is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
