What You'll Do

As an HR Generalist at Blaze Pizza, you will be a key player in supporting our team members across field operations and our Atlanta Headquarters. You will:

• Be a trusted partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement programs and events that align with our mission and values.
• Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries about compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations, keeping our policies and processes up to date.
• Assist in talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, career path planning, and internal mobility.
• Support HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and improving workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar. Preferably in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and multi-state employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to balance strategic and hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for people and culture.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Paylocity is a huge plus.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus!
