What you will do:


  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental processes and initiatives.
  • Support the creation of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of projects and processes.
  • Adhere to deadlines and deliverables outlined by project leads and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights for project evaluation and improvement.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and responding to inquiries.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Experience


  • Strong interest in human resources, project management, and organizational development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or project management is a plus.
