HVAC Service Technician

Sila Services is expanding, and we are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who excel in diagnosing systems, providing excellent customer care, and executing tasks with precision.

We are currently offering a signing bonus of up to $5,000 for proficient HVAC Service Technicians who join our team!

What You Will Do:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Work on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC, air handlers, and other residential equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control issues
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
• Provide customers with recommendations and options based on their individual needs
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacements
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Keep a clean and organized company vehicle
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that encourage repeat business with Sila

What We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA 608 Certification
• Experience with gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
• Comfortable with troubleshooting electrical and low-voltage systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to present repair and replacement options to homeowners effectively
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Dependable, professional, and proud of delivering quality work
