Job Description

Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Union County

We have four cases available for a BCBA during the after-school hours: two in Cranford, one in Plainfield, and one in Springfield. You are welcome to take on as many cases as you'd like.

Location: We offer the option to provide hybrid supervision depending on the client's needs and preferences. Rotate between in-person and virtual weekly visits. Currently serving Union County, Burlington County, and Mercer County, New Jersey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess children using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessment as needed.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients: Write a comprehensive Individual Behavior Plan for each child assessed. Support is provided if needed.
  • Design and implement skills acquisition, social skills programs.
  • Design and implement positive behavior plans and strategies.
  • Create recommendations for comprehensive services.
  • Provide consultation and training for parents, teachers, and community members. Staff, train, coach and facilitate treatment teams, program monitoring, etc.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members and members of the child’s education environment regarding patients’ progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions as appropriate.
  • Ensures that patients’ progress notes are entered on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification, or planning to obtain within 90 days.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with parents, behavior technicians, school personnel, and related service providers.
  • Willingness to accept feedback
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
1.) Hourly $65-$85

  • Scheduling Requirement of 15 hours per week on average.
  • Medically Necessary billable of 12 hours per week
  • 2-4 cases depending on case requirements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
