We are a specialty Marine Hydraulics Rebuilding Facility located in Port Richey, FL. We are looking for honest hardworking folks with a strong mechanical ability and common sense above all. The heaviest hydraulic unit we work on is about 30 Lbs and we keep a clean air-conditioned facility. We supply the tools as much of what we do is specialized and custom. No climbing under heavy equipment or breaking your back lifting heavy parts etc. Its great if you have experience in hydraulics or pneumatics but we do not expect you to know much walking in. We will teach you everything you need to know as we are the only company in the country who specializes in what we do.

The main criteria is you must be a mechanical wizard of some kind. As Mechanical ability generally crosses over between fields. If we were to describe this job it would be a mixture between hydraulics, transmissions and marine mechanics all in one. We keep everything under one roof so no traveling or doing mobile work etc. Everyone has their own stainless bench that's clean for building. We have a break down side of things as well so whatever you will be building has already been stripped down and machined and prepped for building.

We are a non smoking workplace as well.

On Fridays we do food for everyone and we have a very nice place of work where everything including the bathrooms is kept clean and tidy all of the time.

We are a glass half full group of people and we have no room for negativity.

We are looking for long term relationships only as it takes about a year to get fully up and running and learn what we do and how we do it.

You must have reliable transportation as well as a fairly clean record (some exceptions can be made)
