Law firm in New York City seeks an immigration paralegal with at least two years of experience in family based petitions, adjustment of status, consular process, naturalization, waiver applications, TPS, and U visas. Duties include interviewing clients, organizing files, preparing applications and supportive evidence, and tracking progress of applications and cases. The applicant must have great organizational and communication skills, must be punctual, and must work well with others. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.
