Implementation Specialist, IT Project Manager – Adaptive Workforce Solutions, an established workforce management firm, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to work onsite at our state-of-the-art offices in Gilbert, AZ.

This is a full-time career opportunity where you will earn $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also enjoy an excellent benefits package, which includes:

To qualify, you must have a minimum of two (2) years of software/IT project management experience and a working knowledge of Vendor Management Software and Managed Provider Services. We also require:

• Prior VectorVMS experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• The ability to travel 10% - 30% of the time for work.
• The ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of our organization, run weekly project status meetings, and drive the team to deliver projects on schedule.

As our Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with all workforce management implementations by configuring technology systems, working with technology partners to ensure project timelines are completed and successfully implemented, and ensuring the entire implementation process runs smoothly. You will also be expected to:

• Provide technology demonstrations and training with clients, VMS partners, and internal staff, and develop training materials.
• Create VMS reports and update configuration settings, as needed.
• Establish project procedures that support project management standards.
• Collaborate on VMS integrations with multiple software systems and IT departments.
• Provide escalation management plans when appropriate.
• Work directly with other Implementation partners on testing websites and performance metrics.
