Job duties:

-Performing ADL's

- Transfer using hoyer and gait belt

- Meal prep

- Med reminders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

• Deerfield, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
