Financial Customer Service Representative - Chesapeake 23320 and 23321

Position: Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: $15 - $15.75 per hour plus annual bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience:
  • Respond to customer needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Perform Job-Related Functions:
  • Interview customers and process applications, recommending suitable products and services.
  • Handle payments, verify cash, process endorsements, issue receipts, and manage ACH transactions.
  • Present daily marketing offers to customers.
  • Manage and collect assigned customer accounts.
  • Keep accurate records of daily tasks.
