Responsibilities:
- Empathize with customers who are in a high-stress situation
- Handle and address customer and provider questions about billing and registration
- Provider customers, providers, and client’s updates throughout the dispatch process
- Navigate through different platforms that include Microsoft Office and other web-based services
- Accurately locate customers over the road using Google Maps and other tools
- Multi-task between answering inbound calls and handling calls queued by other members of the team
- Keep up to date on growing customer base
- Review customer accounts to determine if they are active at time of service
- Keeps up in a fast-paced environment
- Answering inbound and make outbound calls as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
· 6 months experience in customer service.
· Type 25+ WPM
· Passion for and helping others.
· Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
