We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or sales purposes as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
