Our team is dedicated to keeping our clients' technology running smoothly, from cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance to troubleshooting practice management software. We’re growing and looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for dental practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dexis, and Carestream
• Install and configure hardware such as Servers, PCs, printers, networking equipment.
• Perform server maintenance, updates, and patch management
• Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance for clients
• Manage backups and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with a responsive, expert team to deliver outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a managed services environment
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
• Experience with server administration and network troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting (Windows, VPNs, firewalls)
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a bonus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable car are required for travel to client sites
