Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, rental industry, equipment sales, or Traffic safety.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
