We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative/customer service representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience. Members of our team will work along side other associates to meet our goals in each region across the globe.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
