Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Support associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks to streamline the sales process and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to potential and existing customers.
  • Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotes through customized manufacturer software. Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and resources required for the sales process.
  • Manage and update the Point of Sale system with customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status. Qualify leads and distributes them to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Promote through discussion company resources, products, specialized offerings, and programs.
  • Working with vendors to place orders, manage lead times, and discuss product updates

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the building materials (doors & windows) industry.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or customer service position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Full-Time Hours: M-F 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
