We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Handle busy phone lines with a smile and efficiently
*Experience*
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in sales or client services is desirable
- Previous experience in a call center or office setting is advantageous
