Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Service & Agent to join our team. As a Service and Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties:

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options

- Conduct sales presentations and effectively explain insurance policies and coverage details

- Analyze client information and recommend suitable insurance products

- Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and expand client base

- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction

- Provide ongoing customer support, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and policy changes

- Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk factors and determine appropriate coverage options

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products

- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred

- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
